- CertGrove is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with Anthropic.
- Our mock exams are practice material, not official exams, and do not guarantee exam results.
- You are responsible for your account and imported content, such as CSV/JSON question sets.
- Do not copy or redistribute lesson content without permission.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using CertGrove (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. The Service is provided by CertGrove (“we” or “us”). If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
2. Description of the service
The Service helps you prepare for the Claude Certified Architect — Foundations exam through bilingual lessons, mind maps, flashcards, practice questions, mock exams and learning analytics. We may add, change or discontinue features without prior notice, unless otherwise required by law.
3. No affiliation or guarantee of results
- CertGrove is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or certified by Anthropic. “Claude” is a trademark of Anthropic.
- Our mock exams and practice questions are written for practice and are not official exam questions.
- We do not guarantee any score or that you will pass any exam.
4. Accounts and sign-in
You can create an account with email or sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized access. The Service is intended for people aged 16 or older.
5. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you must not:
- Copy, scrape or redistribute lessons, flashcards or questions without written consent.
- Interfere with, disrupt or attempt unauthorized access to the system.
- Share your account with others.
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
6. Content you provide
You may import your own question sets in CSV or JSON format. You retain your rights to this content and confirm that you are entitled to use it. You authorize us to store and process it only to provide the features you request. Do not import content that infringes copyright or contains sensitive information about others.
7. Intellectual property
Lessons, questions, the interface, mascot and CertGrove logo belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial study.
8. Fees and payments
The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid plans in the future, prices and conditions will be clearly published and we will give at least 30 days’ notice; features you use for free will not automatically become paid.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of study progress due to device or browser failures. Use the backup feature when needed.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where appropriate.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes will first be addressed through negotiation; if unresolved, they will be referred to the competent People’s Court of Vietnam.
